Delivery charges
Delivery charges are as follows:
Minimum charge to UK Mainland will be £2.50 upwards to £5.99
Free delivery on goods over £40 to UK Mainland
Customers can collect items from my concession store at

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Personalised orders will be designed and created within 7 days; I will contact you when the order is ready for delivery. Other ordered items should be sent within 48hrs. If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched within that time, I will also contact you.
Gifts and Gift Messages
I can gift wrap any item and I can post the gift directly to the recipient. All you have to do is after filling in your details in the billing address there is a box to tick for delivery to a different address. Fill in the delivery address and write your special message in the order notes. I will include this message with the gift.
Payment Information
Can I Exchange/Return My Item(s)
Bespoke and personalised items cannot be refunded as the items have been designed and created especially for you. If any mistakes have been made, I will endeavour to correct them speedily and return your item free of charge. I will refund you the cost of sending the item back to me.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will provide a full refund for the item, however the cost of the postage will not be refunded. Please contact me for any problems with your purchase and I can try and help you with any queries you may have.
After a period of 10 days items will only be accepted for refund if they are faulty, this will be decided by LilliBet.

Payments are made via PayPal where you can pay using your PayPal account.
